dog sled riders use anchors to stop down if the dogs are out of control. with a specific design it could also be used in case of an avalanche to avoid going down with all the snow and hitting rocks. we should gife it a try.

how would you possibly throw it far enough to hold onto something solid enough when you are getting worked in a big slab (or even a little one)? ptor

Simple ideas and concepts make great products, who knows? Had to be somthing small enough and light sothat could be easily transported
