due to the serious condition our environment is, i think we should develop technologies to make skis out of recycled stuff like paper or plastic....

Rental skis could be probably made with a recycled composite as they are disposed of and are not used by serious skiers. Otherwise, we deserve to ski on nice wooden skis. The environment can be saved through cutting back on truly frivolous things like war. This green attitude sucks sometimes because the regular people doing innocent and relatively natural things with low impact now are told to suffer so that the big polluters like the war machine can keep doing their thing. ptor

This is good idea especialy because the world is going in that direction these days. Capo

We just need the right ingredient to mix with paper or plastics (a special super glue) to result in what ever we want, in my case, a nice own shaped snowboard :)

as long as the war machine is payed for pumping out oil,needed to produce stuff like skis,it could be our step to lower independence on it and go for more energy efficient skis by using recycled or sustainable materials.maybe initiated by free riders. ridge

To add that I think that recycled skis will be the product of future for sure;) Capo
