Sick of digging snow pits or tough evaluations considering the avalanche risk?
This stiff, lightweight and adjustable carbon pole is able to scan and evaluate the snow and terrain for unstable layers (within a radius of 500m, 1000m or 1500m). Based on the snow stability, the slope angle, the elevation and essential weather factors it calculates the actual risk percentage of an avalanche. Additional features: online compatibility (analysing the past and present weather and snow conditions), temperature, slope angle, indicating common trigger points,...
