waxless skiing
Description
the base of skis in 2015 will be made out of polytetrafluorethylen (PTFE) also called teflon. waxing the skis will become unnecessary.

Teflon have tendency to peel itself when it's exposed to friction. Uros Obradovic
yes when it is used as coating for pans or something, but it is also used for piston rings or bearings where a low friction coefficient is needed fgj
