freeride centers in form of an office or part of a shop,a house would be great. located in or near resorts adequate for freeriding.to be a member of the community a certain level of skiing and knowledge about snow and avalanches is required. to proof this, a SAAC(snow&avalanche awareness camps) or a form of test could be enough.riders advantage from the possibilities of getting information about accomodation,tickets, snow conditions, avalanche dangers,weather,destinations and runs,...you can hire abs backpacks,skins,... or even go taking a ride with a local or experienced,most likely a certified skiguide.cause you go in small groups with your guide, you save costs and still give him some income for a great service.
a good network of these centers in the mountains would be helpfull for travelling around with your skis, knowing someone is there who knows what you are looking for.
